We live in a world that’s full of troubles and all kinds of uncertainties. Many people are going through pain, misery and sufferings and sometimes it’s very hard to remain positive and steadfast, because it may look like things are getting worse by the minute. As a minister of the gospel one of the things that I have learned over the years is many people are miserable, fearful and depressed because of all the unpleasant experiences they’re having. It maybe a loss of a loved one, a loss of a job, a divorce, a sudden sickness, a financial crisis or a massive disappointment. All these and many other various issues are causing many folks to become very hopeless and sad but I want to submit to you that there is hope for you! Jesus came into this world to remove heavy burdens and to break every yoke that has been weighing you down and give you peace.

In the book of John 16:33 Jesus said; “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
As I have already stated that we live in a world that’s full of troubles, and that many people tend to be overwhelmed by those troubles. I need you to know this truth, when you have Christ in your life, those troubles don’t have power over your life, because the Son of God will fill your heart with His divine rest. And you’ll find yourself experiencing a level of peace and tranquility that this world does not know. The Lord wants you to be free from worries and cares of this life and understanding that His presence in your life makes all the difference. Look at what Jesus said in the following passage.

Matthew 6:25 Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

God doesn’t want you to be full of worry, because worry leads to anxiety and anxiety leads to depression and depression can sadly lead to unimaginable destruction. Jesus came to live with you and to help you overcome whatever trouble you encounter in your life’s path. The peace of God is available to you as a child of God and you absolutely don’t have to live worry or fear. Being a believer doesn’t exempt you from facing challenges and sometimes very difficult and painful situations but it does make you strong and confident, because you know that your Heavenly Father is always with you every step of the way. Some people are so fearful and very uncertain about their future, this shouldn’t be the case for you, because the King of kings lives in you and He has already overcome the world together with all its troubles.

Let your heart be filled with joy and your mouth with praise, remember every good thing that God has already done for you. When you walk by faith, fear will have no place in your heart.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Fear and anxiety does not come from God but from the devil and he uses them to overwhelm you so he can eventually defeat you.

But the Lord wants you to walk in power and in His love and with a sound mind, that means even in the midst of uncertainty your heart will still be filled with peace and divine assurance which comes from know that God us too faithful to fail. It might be that you’ve been going through some very tough and tough times and it doesn’t seem like things will get better, God wants you to know that He’s with you and He will give you great victory even in the face of trouble.

When you keep your eyes on Jesus and steadfastly stand on God’s word , He’ll give you peace and comfort and strength.

Today I want to encourage you to rise up and shake off that spirit of heaviness and put on the strength of the Lord by meditating on God’s word.

The devil wants to wear you down and cause you to be filled with sadness, and he does that by convincing you that God won’t help you or maybe He has forgotten about you, which are all lies! God can never forsake you or forget about you, He loves you with an everlasting love and He has your name in the palm of His hand.

Be courageous and cheerful, and realize that no weapon formed against your life will ever prosper. Anything or anyone that rises against you has already been defeated by the Lord. The devil and all his demons are already under your feet, because through Christ you’re totally victorious. Right now as you read this message I pray for you, I pray that the Holy Spirit will break every spirit of heaviness on your life, I pray that you’ll begin to experience the peace of God and that you will start to experience victory in every aspect of your life in Jesus name
